Cadillac

After being recruited by the late, great Pat Fallon himself to be Director of Automotive Insight, I set out to lift sales of the same product that had been languishing in Cadillac showrooms, while preparing the agency for the successful launch of the ATS -- a car I was invited to help set the targets for which subsequently won North American Car of the Year.

Also launched: Cadillac CUE, Cadillac SHIELD, a .com redesign, and the V-sport sub-brand.

Five years later, Cadillac continues to use some of my messaging architecture, which I take as a high compliment and a sign of a job well done.
